2. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone call, or website enquiry.
• Fare and vehicle details are shared before confirmation.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after mutual agreement.

3. Fare & Payments

• Fares depend on route, vehicle type, trip duration, and travel date.
• Toll tax, parking, state tax, or night charges (if applicable) are extra unless specified.
• Advance payment may be required for certain routes or peak dates.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Same-day cancellations may attract cancellation charges.
• No-show bookings are non-refundable.

5. Driver & Vehicle Policy

• Vehicle models are subject to availability; similar alternatives may be provided.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must carry valid ID during travel.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be chargeable.
• Illegal activities, alcohol misuse, or misconduct during travel are strictly prohibited.

7. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Vrindavan Cabs is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, strikes, or natural calamities.
